Karen is a movement teacher with a depth and breadth of experience that spans over 20 years. As a Senior teacher trainer for Peak Pilates, Karen has a deep understanding of the Pilates method and makes all her Pilates sessions fun and rewarding.
We want you to get the most from your Pilates workout so all our classes are taught with a strong focus on individual feedback and coaching. Our private sessions are taught from our beautiful ‘Malmo’ studio. We use the full range of Pilates apparatus including the reformer, chair, and barrels, to name a few. We teach Classical Pilates, which means it is true to the original work of Joseph Pilates. This approach works your whole body and achieves amazing results.
For people in pain, Karen specialises in graded movement with a focus on being able to do daily tasks and the hobbies you love without triggering pain.
How does it work.

Cost:
A single private session is £60 or you can buy a block of 6 sessions for £330

“Classes with Karen were recommended by a friend & have really improved my overall fitness. I am so much more flexible, can get out of bed in the mornings without being so stiff and feel a far happier person without the usual aches and pains that can come with being 50+.
